Can these be installed at floor level (as opposed to 1' above floor level)?

Hello Matt, the posts include predrilled holes for the panels to attach to. In theory, you could drill your own holes however that would not be recommended as it would void the unit warranty. It would also cause the posts to protrude over the panel. Thank you for your question.
