Coatrack is made of a good quality metal but it is not good for high volume. The rack fasteners tend to loosen up when moved around alot. -

I would suggest that you put a picture of the item in with the shipment for easier assembly. Also your description on line is dot very clear. When I called customer service they couldn't give me much more info than what was on line. Consequently I thought I was buying a rack that adjusted in length but found out it adjusted in height. If I had known I would have purchased a different rack.
