Missing puematic cylinder

chair arrived missing it's puematic cylinder. still waiting for it to arrive. It's been a little over a week now. I order quite a few of these chairs and about 1 in 10 will be misssing parts of one kind or another. - *** Global Comment: Global Customer Service contacted the customer. A replacement was shipped to the customer. The customer appreciated the contact from Global Customer Service ***

I see there are 4 different models of this chair. Some descriptions show Mid-Back and some show High-Back but they all show the same Back Height Inches as the same. So, what makes one High-Back and one Mid-Back?
