The scale is not worth the extra $
The scale is supposed to be +/- 40 lbs on a 2,000 lb load, but the reality is it runs almost +/- 120 lbs on a 1600 lb. load. It is so far off with no sense of consistency that is not worth using. Much better off with two pallet jacks and spot checking the weights on a floor scale. *** Global Comment: The Customer has returned the unit for a credit. Note: The larger the load, the more accurate the weight displayed. ***
Works but unreliable
Your review: We've had this scale for a few years now and yes it works but the weights you get are unreliable and not accurate. I can weigh the same pallet 5 times using the same method and I will get 5 separate weights. If you do not need spot on accuracy then this will do just fine.

Your review: This pallet jacket is new for us as a food nonprofit, but such a help in weighing food donations. Gives us a better understanding of the amount of food we are dealing with and people like to know the weight of the food they donate. Gives us a more accurate amount for end of the year information.
Your review: Being a small business growing at an accelerated rate, we needed a quick solution for send out a number of international freight shipments and this pallet jack with the built in scale did it for us and then some. This really made it so much easier, having the ability to bring the scale to you freight as opposed to having to move multiple pallets across a warehouse, that's a no brainier!!!
Great Pallot jack!
Your review: Very good quality pallet jack. Love the weight feature on it, comes in use a lot. What I like about this pallet jack is that it's very easy to move with a heavy load. The wheels don't start to lock up. I would recommend this to any business that uses pallet jacks!
Your review: This is an economical way for us to roughly measure our scrap weights. It is as advertised within 40 lbs on about 2000 to 3000 lb loads. It works for us because we didn't have space to dedicate to a stationary scale. Make sure you get all the way under the load as the reading will vary greatly if the load is off center.
Perfect for our shop
Your review: We were looking for a pallet jack that had a scale. After searching I found this one for a very reasonable price. After receiving it we found it was assembled and ready for use. It is a fast way to weigh freight before shipment and is easy to use.

I purchased this scale last year and it is out of calibration. Do you have any instructions on how to calibrate.
