When I ordered, I was told that delivery would be 4 to 6 weeks out. About a month later, I called Global to get the shipping status. Then I had to google the freight company and manually enter the tracking number for delivery updates. I guess I'm too spoiled with the automated tracking notifications used by FedEx and UPS. This inconvenience, however, would not cause me to stop ordering from Global Industrial. They are a great company to buy from. -

We take this lift truck from our warehouse to various hotel ballrooms without the worry of it leaking hydraulic fluid. Other lift trucks utilize hydraulic jacks, which eventually leak fluid and can be disastrous to ballroom carpeting. -
