This 10 ft. x 12 ft. Woven Poly Tarp is Waterproof, Mildewproof, Tear Resistant and Acid Resistant. 8 oz. per square yard, 16 mil thick, 16x16 weave count, grommets approximately every 18" and reinforced corner grommet. Finished size 10'x12'. Tarp is lightweight yet durable, manufactured from high-density polyethylene and woven into fabric and then laminated Brown on both sides then finished by hemming the edges with poly twine inserted in hem. All seams and hems are heat sealed. UV Treated.

This is the 2nd heavy duty tarp that I've bought. The 1st one was to cover hay, and this one right now is covering a roll away toolbox and work benches that I just bought. It rained the other day, and everything under the tarp was dry including cardboard boxes. I really like these tarps. They are worth paying a little more for cause they will last a long time. -
