This best selling shop desk is perfect for warehouses as well as shipping and receiving areas. Its rugged steel-channel-reinforced work surface measures 34-1/2"W x 30"D and fights fatigue with height adjustments from 38" to 42-1/2"H at 1-1/2" increments. Its work surface has a 2" slope from back to front edge. The shop desk features a pigeonhole riser that measures 12"D x 7-3/4"H and holds supplies and/or any size computer monitor. Its electric duplex knockout holes provide a convenient way of attaching an electrical extension for easy access to electric power. It includes steel uprights, 28-1/2"H pegboard panel and 34-1/2"W x 12"D overhead shelf. The pegboard riser shelf provides convenient tool and supply storage above work surface. The steel uprights and roll-formed pegboard provide added strength and rigidity. The pegboard accepts peg hooks (sold separately) for hanging tools. The drawer under the work surface glides easily on steel ball bearing slides. It includes a cylinder lock for secure storage and measures 22-3/4"W x 15-3/4"D x 4-1/2"H. A 15"D lower shelf is included. The desk has a durable blue powder coat finish. Its electric duplex knockout holes provide a convenient way of attaching an electrical extension for easy access to electric power. The outlet easily screws onto the side of shop desk. No electrical wiring is necessary. The desk accepts overhead shelves, and it is easy to assemble.

Good standing desk. Good value. 4 stars because it needs 2 ergonomic improvements. 1 - Foot rail. I mounted a 2x3 wood foot rail with lag bolts thru the bottom hole of the adjustable legs. Makes a big difference for standing work. 2 - Shallower drawer and front apron. Drawer is too deep for adequate knee space when sitting on a stool during prolonged writing or close fine work. Should be no deeper than typical desk pencil drawer, about 2-1/2 inches. Use 45 degree gusset to full depth at front corners where the legs attach. -

What is the weight limit on the lower and upper shelfs

Hello Devin, Unfortunately we don’t have that information, the only weight limit that was tested was the drawer. The Drawers weight capacity is 110 pounds. Thank you for your interest in our product!
