NO screws????

Your review: These are $10 each, plus shipping and NO SCREWS or Nails to mount to wall!! How cheap is that!!!!- *** Global Comment: , I did find out that we had received incorrect information from the manufacturer. These units actually only come with a ¿Hanger Bracket¿. Global noticed a discrepancy in the copy and reached out to the customer. As a customer courtesy we have credited out the invoice in full back to your method of payment. The customer wrote back "I have to say I am amazed. I have never known a company to read their product reviews and act both so honestly and openly with the customer. I am very impressed. Yes, I was disappointed not to have screws to mount these baskets...I appreciate very much the credit. You have made quite an impression on me and I will certainly look at your company again for future purchases. thank you. You have actually somewhat restored my faith in big companies!" ***
