Replacement Polyurethane Wheel

Your review: I am very happy with the efficient handling of my order and return except Agent Charlie gave me wrong information. I provide the brand, model type and he/she confirmed the product I order would definitely fit. They are too short. When I called back, the service rep told me the product was not cost efficient to return but they will credit my credit card. The payment came about 3 weeks later but they did do what they said on the phone.
