Stool kinda sucks, had to put grip tape on it because you slide right out of it. Foot rail will not stay up where it should. Any kind of pressure and it falls all the way down to the legs. -

There are some jobs at our facility that require our workers to stand on their feet for long periods of time, due to the height of the machine it was hard to find an adjustable chair tall enough to make working on the machine comfortable.....until now, our employees love them! -

You have it listed that the height of this is 32 - 40-1/2". Is that the variable height of the seat or the back of the chair? I would like to know the variable height of the seat, please. Also, what would shipping be if I bought in bulk, say 16 stools? Thank you.
