Can we get item B212537 in a black finish instead of a tan finish? Are the stages adjustable? Can we have ywo stages the same height and one higher and one shorter?

  item B212537 is not available with a black finish. The stage is available in multiple heights, but each stage itself is a fixed height of either 8"", 16"", 24"" or 32"" and can't adjust. They come in fixed sizes and are not customizable. Yes, you can have two stages the same height and one higher and one shorter.
Are the stages height adjustable?
