New global convertible worked out great for the large loads of medical supplies that I deliver on a daily basis. Converts to lay down position quickly and smoothly. Has really saved me a lot of steps because of the large capacity and stability, yet folds easily to haul the smaller deliveries. The only issue I had was with the UPS shipping which can't be attributed to global, only to the shipping company. -

Can you get extra parts. Like a handle and the bottom piece. Also the connection piece that makes it a flat cart.
