Heavy duty and, i think it will be durable. Commercial office with perhaps 400 openings and closings of the door every day. Heavy rains wash it off so it always looks brand new. -

We purchased this mat to go in front of our double door office entrance. We've only had it for 3 weeks so we can't attest to its long term durability but the mat is a heavier weight and higher quality than others we looked at. Received the order in a timely manner too! -
