The Robot S7 is a new range of self-propelled semi-automatic packaging machines. The Robot S7 portable stretch wrap machine includes the latest advanced technologies, the utmost attention to safety systems, a high level of packaging autonomy, and great work flexibility. This machine is built to wrap and stabilize palletized loads of any shape, size and weight, using stretch film. Our innovative system for facilitated film insertion (ILS) through the opening of the carriage to the Power Drive technology with brushless motorization enables the Robot S7 mobile stretch wrapper to control the film with extreme precision. This guarantees perfect pre-stretching and the lowest consumption of film and energy to support sustainability efforts. The Robot S7 is a portable semi-automatic stretch wrapper. This machine is built to wrap and stabilize palletized loads of any length, width, and weight pallet. Maximum wrap height maximum is 110". Wrap 30 loads per hour. Wraps 200-250 pallets on a single charge. R-CONNECT READY R-Connect, available for this portable stretch wrapper, is our latest innovation. It was developed to provide usage and performance data via the cloud, enabling you to meet Industry 4.0 demands by putting performance monitoring and optimization at your fingertips. Utilization drastically reduces downtime by giving you informational transparency, allowing you to connect with your machines remotely to investigate alarms, adjust parameters, and respond promptly. This Industry 4.0 innovation empowers you with actionable insight to continuously improve performance, cost savings, and automation. CONTROL PANEL The control panel with color touch screen allows you to create up to 12 programs (+12 with Multilevel Control) in a simple and intuitive way. PVS CARRIAGE Film carriage with powered stretch system controlled by two independent motors. Stretch ratio adjustable from panel board from 0&#37; up to 500&#37;. No film threading required. AUTO FILM CUT The Auto Film Cut option of the Robot S7 portable stretch wrap machine automatically cuts the film for you at the end of the wrap cycle. This improves productivity and reduces labor costs. VARIABLE ROPING DEVICE (VRD) The Variable Roping Device or VRD (option) reduces the width of the film into a cable to strengthen containment of the load.
