This BRIX refractometer shows the concentration percentage of the soluble solids content of a sample. Range: 0 to 32%.

This brix refractometer shows the concentration (percentage) of sucrose in 2 to 3 drops of a sample. The R9500 is used to measure sugar concentration in fruit juices and has been calibrated to the sucrose content contained in 100g of cane sugar.
