I like the product and have ordered many of them. My issue is the condition they are in when I receive them. I find them bent, usually the clips that lock on the wire deck. Besides that it is a good product and good customer service. -

I purchased 2 different sizes due to 2 depths of racks and neither one of them fit properly. Only 1 of the 2 latching clips (for both depths) match up with the rack decking. The only measurement metioned is depth, not the grid pattern spacing -

When we received the dividers they were bent and scratched. They do not fit the racks too well but we were able to use zip ties to make them work. Unfortunately these are the only rack dividers we can find on the internet. -
