We ordered a number of these units. They arrived via different shipping companies in the same miserable condition: Boxes shredded, corners dinged. Because the angle post corners were dinged, it was difficult to assemble, as pieces needed to be forced into place. The paint job was also marred because of the insufficient packaging. The shelves are darker than in the photos: A deep steel grey, so the photos are misleading. Quality control could be better, as some of the problems in assembly seem to stem from slightly sloppy machining on top of the shipping damage. They are very time consuming to assemble without motorized ratchet kit. However they are designed very well, and are incredibly sturdy and attractive. I give the design 5 stars, but the actual execution 3 stars. I would purchase them again, but would invest in a motorized ratchet kit. -

A very useful size, well-packed, relatively easy to assemble. One star short because it would be handy to have some kind of rubber protectors for the feet. -
