Mine did not have the square topped screws but instead had round grooved tops and they were extremely hard to pound in. In fact, they did not go all the way in, but they went in far enough to use. The shelves themselves are wonderful! -

My experience was not for a commercial business, but simply buying shelving for my home pantry. The shipping was immediate and arrived exactly when predicted. The quality is outstanding. Unfortunately, the parts supplied for the bottom of the supporting rods was incorrect. I called customer service and the new correct parts were sent out that same day. They arrived within a few days and my shelving was completed. Even though I don't have a business, I would recommend this company and its products to any business owner....or home owner. Professional, user-friendly, high-quality...all words to describe this business. Will definitely use again. -
