The quality of the chair is excellent, sturdy, built well and looks great. My only complaint is that when you purchase $1,100 in merchandise, it should come already assembled. Having to carry each box in and put each chair together was a little aggravating. - *** Global Comment: It is noted in the product copy "Easy assembly". This product does not ship assembled *** -

Is the construction of chair #WC250787BY the same construction as WGB522142, difference being the type of upholstery?

Hello Mary, yes that is correct. Model number 250787BY has vinyl upholstery while model number B522142 has leather upholstery. They both feature a tubular steel frame. Thank you for your question.
