Product is great but when ordering you must be careful to get the right length. I ordered packages of 100 and the length was 0.250" which is too short for my purposes. I was told I had to order in package quantities of 50 to get the 0.318" length that I needed. Sounds a little "screwy" to me but it worked. The price per piece was the same regardless of the quantity.
