Support & assistance with this purchase was Top Notch. However, the beam was advertised as 48" long and when received, it did not fit. It was only 47 1/4" long. Another was sent with the same results. A rebate was given without any reservation. Customer service was un-waivered. Thank You Global. -

Ordered 3 sets, unfortunately the beams we damaged. GL sent replacement beams, but for some reason sent double rivet beams. The shelf is super sturdy but Im not a fan of the incorrect beam that was sent -
