I purchased 24 center supports for shelves I recently purchased from Global. When some of the supports where lost in shipping Global personnel sent out replacements as soon a possible. This was a relief because most companies require the buyer to wait an additional period for replacement. -

I bought two shelf units and cut my own decking. Buying the deck supports is wise because it prevents shelf sag and increases the ability to load each shelf. For the cost, you can't go wrong. -
