The Whynter ARC-1230WNH Inverter Dual Hose Portable Air Conditioner and Heater has the highest cooling and heating BTU (14,000 ASHRAE / 12,000 SACC) in the market. The cooling power you need to cool, dehumidify or circulate the air in up to 600 sq. ft of space. Smart functionalities include the NetHome Plus app to control your portable air conditioner through Wi-Fi from virtually anywhere.
