Fulfillment Services Up and Running

Our network of US and Canada distribution centers are open to serve you; Global Industrial warehouse associates are committed to making sure you get the products you need.

We follow the most stringent guidelines for sanitizing between shifts. Each facility is deep cleaned daily, and our associates have access to the appropriate protective gear. This YouTube video illustrates the protocols we are following on a regular basis across our distribution facilities.

With the exception of our warehouse associates, all other associates are working remotely. We are taking calls and orders, shipping products, and replenishing stock. We want to assure you that we continue to serve you from a safe environment and are committed to following the guidelines from the CDC and other agencies.

We have a network of operational warehouses throughout the country taking care of your orders. We use enhanced cleaning procedures after each shift and every night to ensure the safety of our dedicated warehouse personnel and all packaging.

An Important Update from Global Industrial

As our communities continue to feel the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19), I want to connect directly with you to share the steps we are taking across our distribution centers and offices to ensure that you, our employees, and the communities we live in, remain safe and healthy.

First of all, my heart goes out to those of you who have been affected by the virus. The health and wellness of our associates and customers is our top priority, and we are monitoring this situation closely. We have developed action and response protocols at our offices and distribution centers to maintain a safe environment, and we are following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other public health organizations.

Many of you have asked about our ability to continue to provide you with the items you need to run your business and keep your employees and customers safe.

  • We are closely monitoring our supply chain and taking steps to enable an uninterrupted flow of material into our distribution centers. Our current inventory position is strong, and we are monitoring levels closely to provide access to the products you need.
  • Availability of safety equipment such as N95 masks, coveralls, disinfectants, and other safety products are limited. We are proactively working with our current suppliers and pursuing new suppliers to maximize access to this limited supply.
  • Our website and customer teams are aware of our inventory position so we can give you the most up to date information in this rapidly changing environment.
