Missing pieces and Global Industrial didn't help
Your review: I ordered the rack and was missing the black clips that hold the shelf up. I called customer support (Global Industrial) and the person on the phone wanted an exact part number of what was missing. The instructions named them and I just replied with exactly what the assembly instructions had. She asked for me to fax a picture of the clips and I did. 3 days later she followed up and said she never received the fax. I ordered and paid for the clips through a quick search of the website, although after she contacted me, I told her the part that was missing. I asked if the order I placed can just be comped, although it can't.
I paid about $20 over the cost of the shelf and waited an additional 3-4 days longer than I needed and was troubled by terrible support.
