Nylon Plastic Adjustable Levers With Steel Components Are Used For Clamping Parts In A Confined Space Or In A Particular Lever Position.
Adjustable Levers are made with glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic handles with molded-in metal inlay and solid steel inserts, screws and springs for long lasting durabiltiy and dependability. The insert is connected to the lever via serrations which can be easily be disengaged. Pulling the lever upwards disengages the serrations, allowing it to be swivelled to the used clamping position. When releasing the lever the serrations automatically re-engage. Available in Tapped or Blind Bore and Threaded Stud type. Each type also available with Push Button that allows for effortlesss release action. Note that this feature is limited to applications that do not require the lever to be disassembled. Available in Black or Gray finish. Maximum heat resistance of nylon plastic is 150°F. RoHS compliant.
